In March 2015, Attorney Phillip J. Wells was named one of the Nation’s Top 100 Attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. The NADC is comprised of less than 1% of all attorneys across the country practicing all types of law according to a very selective process of recognition. Those chosen by NADC are known as “Nation’s Top Attorneys” and are considered to have demonstrated great ability and success in their profession.
Attorney Phillip J. Wells is already one of only three Founding members of NADC in the state of Arkansas. Founding Members “serve as a legacy for future generations of members and as an example of NADC values for the legal community as a whole.”
How are attorneys chosen?
The rigorous selection process begins when candidates are nominated or identified by an in house research team. Afterwards, NADC researchers carefully vet each candidate using information available to the public such as attorney websites, public profiles, client reviews, and court records.
The researched team considers several factors including but not limited to:
- Firm profile and reputation
- Case outcomes
- Peer endorsements
- Client reviews
- Professional awards and memberships
- Disciplinary status
Results of the research is analyzed by a panel of highly-qualified attorneys to determine which attorneys belong as members of the NADC. Final candidates are at last chosen by a judicial review board headed by a group of former judges and invited to become members of the NADC.
This most recent accomplishment should only add to the firm’s considerable reputation in elite representation. Attorney Phillip J. Wells has already earned recognition by Best Lawyers in America, Mid-South Super Lawyers®, Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, and Outstanding Lawyers of America.
