I had a great experience working with attorney Kevin Wells. From the very first visit, he was informative, helpful, and honest. I’ve been extremely stressed and busy with school, and dealing with a settlement was the last thing on my mind. Thankfully, my husband set me up with Mr. Wells, and he handled the case alongside my husband, which made everything so much easier for me. What I really appreciated was how respectful and professional Mr. Wells was throughout the entire process. I have had past experiences with lawyers before. The lawyers that I have dealt with in the past would never call me back or were just too busy to talk to me and keep me updated after I had paid their fee. I have never had a lawyer like Robert Wells. He was always in contact with me whether it was day or night. No matter how dumb my questions were or how many I had, he would always answer them whether it was through email, text, in person, or by phone. I never waited for an answer. Robert would respond right away. Boy did I have a lot of questions. My case was scheduled to go to trial in eight months, but it only took Robert a few months and was settled out of court. He won my case and he got me more than what I was asking for. Would I recommend Robert Wells? Absolutely! Thanks, Robert! Update, 2022 May, I recently was involved in yet another vehicle accident in December of 2021. I came back to Wells and Wells because I was treated right the first time with Phillip and his son Robert. I am more than WELL pleased with my outcome!
